COMING SOON! IBOC x Holler For Your Dollar presents: Entrepreneurial Finance 101.
In this must watch finance course, facilitator Chantel Chapman gives you the compulsory finance lessons you need to know as an entrepreneur. Chantel speaks in plain English, not accountant-speak, so that you can get the down low on the metrics you need to run your business. You don’t need to be an accountant to manage accountants. Understand the basics and demystify business math. Entrepreneurial Finance consists of both an introductory seminar and interviews with experts and will propel you to a deeper understanding of your business.
In this course, you will learn how to approach financial modeling. Proper financial modeling will help you determine whether your start-up is viable or not. You will be shown how to fill out and understand the 3 main financial statements: The Income Statement, The Cash Flow Statement and The Balance Sheet. Chantel, alongside the help of experts will also walk you through prepping your pitch to a potential investor and will show some tips on how to keep your business afloat after you've nailed down your funding.
